Im stuck at around 25% on loading screen after clicking my character

I have no mods installed, So this makes no sense I need major help. Can't believe games are this poorly optimised to not even run on a high end machine. This is my first time trying to play the game too.

The game runs great for me and 100k others. You have issues. It doesn't mean it's the game. What have you tried already? Did you reinstall clean GPU drivers with DDU? Update them? Update Windows? Verify the game files?

And what are your specs? Saying "high end machine" isn't helpful.

Mb Ive updated my drivers for gpu, checked the integrity of the files for the game, windows is updated using windows 10 all are working perfectly fine.

Specs:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: 5700XT RED DEVIL
RAM: Vengeance 16GB RAM @3200MHZ
PSU: 600w EVGA 80+ White
MOTHERBOARD: x570 Gigabyte Gaming X Rev 1.0

Yea, you should have no problem with that rig at all.

Have you tried to reinstall GPU drivers clean with DDU yet? I know it sounds pointless, but trust me, it's a crucial step. Every time you update your drivers, they can get corrupted. That happens a lot with AMD, too. Also, have you checked to make sure that AMD Radeon Software is not overwriting game settings (it does that by default) and have you tried to disable "shader cache" in AMD settings as well?

What are thermals when you run the game? Or utilization? You can check the later in task manager if you don't have overlays. Is it low usage or high usage? Temps seem good? And do you have the game installed on a SSD or HDD?

temps and utilisation are all good, low to medium usage, done a reinstall for gpu drivers with DDU, the settings within radeon are set properly, shader cache dont know how to disable but have reset it. Game is installed on HDD but that wont make a difference apart from loading times but the games just stuck at 25% no matter what I do to solve this issue

I give up its not got anything to do with my hardware even checked for corruption ever since I downloaded new world, all my games downloaded after that had issues. Uninstalled new world too and unnecessary applications. Still no luck what ever I try.

new world had this fancy issue, which roasted gpu in the menus, similiar to what already happened in a early version of wow. PR department instantly stepped in and played the guilt shuffle game.

you can only test such stuff with the help of friend willing to share his gpu with you or clever people always have some additional spare parts like psu, gpu, ram.

are you using any cosair peripherals? I had a problem with base world a few years ago where it'd just refused to load. Disabled the corsair software and then it worked fine.

the games i have installed before new world work perfectly fine which raises red flags to as of now why are the games that are now being downloaded have issues. I was able to play monster hunter world till upto when you get into the HQ. After that the loading time of the game has been stuck to 25% so makes no sense really that my hardware has been ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cause my games dont crash. There is however audio/sound lag thats about it. I played new world with fps being limited to my screens refresh rate of 165 at 1440p with medium graphics and was able to play the game to level 20ish but have problems trying to load back into the game same as this one trying to tab back in and out to see if it solves the issue.

I don't have any corsair peripherals, at the end of the day i think its poor optimisation from games sounds weird since many people can play mhw but bf2042 didn't work for me cause it would also infinitely load, shinobi striker would also load infinitely unless i tabbed in and out at the right moment for it to load. what third party software have you installed? especially these config tools from logitech(ghub), corsiar (icue), razzer, etc. can create trouble sometimes

Do you use any fancy usb devices beside, mouse keyboard?
remove them them and try again

Have you checked the local data for corruption as discribed in the Sticky?
Sometimes files get corrupted and need to be fixed

Any mods, Cheats or trainer used? maybe corrupted you savefile through the usage
What does i have no mods installed mean? used mods in the past and missed to uninstall them correctely? Steam won't delete mod file, if you use the unistall option in the library
already tried creating a new avatar?

Steam cloud saving can become a trouble maker so disable this option in the library for the game

have you checked the health status of your hdd/ssd with tools like crystal disk info
maybe it is the beginning of dying hardware

maybe antivirus is blocking the game for what ever reason, create an exception rule or change to another brand

malware infection can also cause trouble, how long are you already using the os, when was the last fresh os reinstall

all this stuff about other games have also trouble to load correctely sounds for me like your antvirus is blocking the process for what ever reason.
happened to me too already in the past an av started magicly putting certain game exe files into virus container, exception rule for the whole steamfolder solved the issue.

Mate if MHW, BF2042, New world, Shinobi striker AND WH40k Space Marine are not loading for you sometimes, I have a hunch that it might not be the games that are the problem here

Yea, if games aren't loading in for you, it is NOT Rise. There is something wrong with your PC, probably some corrupted drivers or something.

imma test with my 1050 ti tomorrow that's the deciding factor, cause realistically new world cant ♥♥♥♥ up a GPU its just poorly manufactured especially if I had the card for 1 year and a half that's pretty pathetic for a high end graphics card at the time cause 5700XT Red Devils are top of the end range card before the 6000 series and 3000 series for nvidia were out will keep people posted on this thread
