Yes.

Yes, (almost) all event quests will be permanently available after the early December patch.
Safi'Jiiva and HR Kulve Taroth will get solo and duo scaling. You'll also be able to craft the event related tickets at the elder melder such as the christmas and halloween event tickets.

Theyre basically lifting all restrictions on timed content and they stated that almost all event quests will be permanently available.

Almost all? So that means I won't be able to get every event item? I'm disappointed. I started playing this game just recently and I was able to get only few event items, and only one collaboration armor set from Street Fighter.

I hope i will be able to get all Resident Evil items, Devil May Cry items, Witcher, Final Fantasy and AC, and lots others I probably don't know about.
The major event quests are apparently going to be more or less always available once the patch comes out. Likely the only ones that will be available are special things that were meant to be one offs like mosswinin and dinin.

Those will all be available and they assured us that basically every event quest will be available permanently. There might be 1 or 2 quests that won't be available.
New players will have access to basically everything that has been offered in the past and you will not miss out on any content.

I would be really suprised if more then 2 quests won't become available after the upcoming patch. They were probably referring to quests such as mosswinin' and dinin'.
These quests never had any content locked behind them as far as I know and they were usually meant as a fun diversion to celebrate certain milestones.

Youre not going to miss out and the collaboration quests will all be available permanently! :mhwgood:

By "almost all" we are referring to certain VERY limited Event Quests that ran for a very limited period of time.

There are zero exclusive items related to these Event Quests because of how limited they were. They were just for novelty/celebration purposes. (eg. Mosswinin' And Dinin' was just a bunch of giant Mosswine that oneshot you)

It's worth noting that we don't know for a fact stuff like Mosswinin' And Dining will or will not be returning, we are just making that prediction based on past precedent.

Exactly. No content will be locked and every piece of timed content will be available permanently to everyone. The novelty missions are probably the only ones that will remain unavailable and there aren't that many of these missions to begin with.

Thank you all for the answers! I'm happy to hear that I won't miss anything. I'm glad they are doing this, unlike many games.

I hope I will be able to also get all the seasonal Poogie event costumes, guild card backgrounds and most importantly Seliana house decorations. I don't own Iceborne yet, so I don't know if the decorations were only for limited time or permanent for everyone with Iceborne participating in the halloween event for example.

All of the seasonal content will rotate continously. You only need to log-in and visit the gathering hub to receive the Poogie outfit for that event. I believe that they mentioned that the seasonal events rotate every 2 weeks.

The VIP tickets and regular event tickets will become craftable at the elder melder after the patch. These tickets can always be crafted regardless of whether or not their respective events are currently available.
