Anyway, I'm pretty sure people tested this against the non-weakened version of Escaton Judgement and it does not work, even stacking the Health Boosters atop each other, right? Even if it does work, if you're going to co-ordinate your team build THIS MUCH you might as well just play the fight as intended.
That aside, I would like to propose a different PSA:
A Wide-Range user who knows what they're doing is more valuable for survivability than almost anything else in the game. Even if nobody is going to cart necessarily without Wide-Range, a Wide-Range user can provide all the team's healing so they can get right back into the action after getting hit without having to back off, and the Wide Range user can stack skills like Speed Eating so it influences the team's uptime even less.
Especially team-conscious WR users should even bring buffing items that will assist the team's damage more directly.
All 4 cannot eat at the same time.
So, you can forget about this technique unless you have a team of trained individuals that practised this multiple times.

If however you are just talking about bring wide range to heal as a support when playing with people you are not sure knows the fight well enough yet then sure, that works. However, there's a limit to that.
If someone is going into the fight with equipment that will get them 1-hit or 2-hit all the time and they still don't know the monster's moves well enough, no amount of healing will help and you are just losing whatever damage skills or other utility skills to put in something for someone that might just leave mid-fight. Once you end up solo, wide range is effectively useless.
So, the safest is still just to bring dust of life or life powders and if you want, the materials to make more.
1 WR healer healing everyone is more effective than 4 dps running around trying to heal themselves. Although it's only really worth it against Fatalis, Alatreon and the AT's.
Rec Up= ONLY person who has it
Seriously it's the worst element to bring, even water and thunder are better

Even using the jerky a bit early, let's say as your health hits around 2/3s, will leave you with enough HP to survive one that's only been powered down once. This is without any outside healing help. Feel you'd be better off running glider mantle and slotting in elemental gems to help hit the check.
