Will they add the ability to get Fatalis Evil Eye from Celestial Print Ticket?

its unlikely. for 2 reasons :

its a 100% get on double break. unlike all other gems which are rng.

the 2nd reason is the same as ancient leshens mutagen drop (his gem) he was the last thing added before iceborne and well. the never added his gem to the melder until iceborne came out. and since we arent getting another expac or monster/patch update anymore its even more unlikely theyll ever do that.

and as 3rd and final nail in the coffin : you would have to wait SO long from now for it to happen even IF it ever happens that you would be long done farming it via plunderblade before that happens aswell.

TLDR : not worth waiting for/betting on.

They didn't put alatreon's skyhorn into the melder, I doubt they would put evil eye in the melder.

Hopefully not as there would be no point in fighting Fatalis but they did added the immortal reactor, rajangs heart to the melder...making those monsters 100% obsolete and a waste of time to fight so with their record I would say that the eye will be added sooner or later.

Fatalis is the final monster, they're gonna make players fight him as many times as possible, so you can expect It to not ever be in the melder

I don't think so because they already said that was the last free update.

So apart from technical fixes if required, I don't think they are making anymore updates to the game.

I also don't think they want people to just kill their "final boss" once, get 1 evil eye and then just use the celestial print to get the one of the items that makes fighting it attractive.

Yes but not the skyswayer. The skyswayer is more comparable to the evil eyes as they are 100% guarantee if you break their head twice. If you want the most important material of these two monsters, you have to fight them.

I certainly hope not. This thing is the absolute end-game goal. If you can just meld the part hardest to get, you take away the ultimate purpose. Plus, you're 100% guaranteed to get one if you have the skillz.

you can get the evil eye from plunder blade, takes a bit of time depending on your luck i got it in 20 minutes and you could either try to beat him or just leave after you cat stole an item
