Research Comission Ticket + Farm

I was trying to ignore it but now that I've gotten most of the Fatalis gear I wanted to farm layereds and found out that I needed almost 30 tickets just to get the ones I need. That's ignoring the GSV's Dragonsphires, and other stuff I also need.

What's the most efficient RCT+ Farm?

In my experience Hymn of Moon & Sun because it minimises waiting periods for monster corpses to despawn, but We Run This Town does include the weakest overall monsters, so your mileage may vary.

I advise for sanity's sake though mixing it up, as the time difference honestly isn't that major.

With Fatalis armor you can easily solo that Gold rath + Sil los quest .
But still , i haven't seen the layer armor that need comission ticket .

There's quite a few of them, and they need 2 per set, it's most creatures that don't have a presence in the guiding lands:

Shara Ishvalda (Alpha + Beta)
Furious Rajang (Alpha + Beta)
Safi'jiiva (Alpha + Beta)
Raging Brachydios (Alpha + Beta)
Alatreon (Alpha + Beta)
Fatalis (Alpha + Beta)
Kulve Taroth (Alpha + Beta)

So 28 RCT+ needed.

My problem is it takes about 12-15 mins for Hymn to finish and sometimes you only get 1 ticket. 28 tickets is a chore esp since I technically need more for the pendants.

according to Kiranico the AT Velkhana event quest coming in a week will have a 24% chance of yielding the tickets compared to the 7% chance that the optional hunts do. so that will probably be the best way to get them if that is in fact the case.

Still holding out hope Capcom is going to introduce an Event quest spewing out those tickets faster and easier than any Optional we currently have. I hope so, at least. I need like 28+ of them...christ almighty, thought I was done with them, lol.

You also need like 79788 of them for all the pendants

You need a bunch for the pendants, soem armors, palico gear too, and NOW you also need em for the layereds. That. IS JUST CRUEL.

Sometimes a single run only gives you ONE TICKET. That stuff's rare than evil eyes ffs.

fastest way is all item shop or go through all the suffering with "hymn of the moon and sun" ....
you can reduce the suffering with a friend who just wait for you while silver is already cap rdy> simply join and unplug internet to get into solo mode than cap and repeat

you save 3 fights this way but it is super inefficient compared to all item shop

you won't get really faster than this because stupid silver has around 2 min delay before he spawns

The tickets from AT Namielle were used for layered armor in addition to the gamma set. Now that all armors are up for transmog, it would make sense for it to only give a generic ticket.

There are still several sets not in transmog, examples being Guild Palace, Guildwork, Resident Evil sets, and the Buff set. Plus there has to be a unique ticket for Velk to gate the gamma set behind the fight.
