Patch 15.10.00 destroyed Game completly (CPU ERRORS)

I know, MHW is a horribly bad programmed game in the performance.

But the new patch killed everything.

CPU-Temp: Freezing 30°C

Before Patch 15.10
1.315V per Core
67.70W Package Power
CPU-State 90-100%
Clockspeed 4617Mhz
CPU-Temp: Cool 50-55°C

I can play every other Game, on 4.6Ghz on 8 Core, with 165+FPS on 2K
Before Patch I had 90-120FPS Ingame - 300FPS in the Menu
Now I have 32FPS In-Game

My Power Plan is on High Performance with Min. CPU State 100%
CPU Boost in BIOS is On.
MHW Folder in AntiVirus (Windows Defender and Live Defender Excluded)

Steam repair -> No Errors
Direct 12 or 11 doesnt matter at all
High Reso also deactivated for testing -> nothing

My Setup:
i7-9700k (Water cooled)
MSI Geforce RTX 3080 Gaming
32 GB DDR4-3200Mhz

I see a lot of other threads about this, some collueges have not the same problem.

And nope, i surely dont reinstall MHW and downloading again 80GB for 3 Hours or what, yesterday on the Patch before it was smoth, now with the update it goes nothing.

So rollback this piece of ♥♥♥♥ patch, thank you

Handlet out - MSI DragonCenter "Gamingmode" drop the CPU at start

Disable Gaming-Mode and manually set to "Extreme Performance" ingame should solved this temporarly.

But still, this is a game from 2018, with a normal engine this game should be at 165FPS+ in 2K minimum. And not 120-140 like right now

He still is very much right.
Performances in this game are trash ever since Iceborne came out, and your fanboying over it isn't going to make anything better.

Honestly 15.10.00 definitely chunked the performance for me too. Not sure how Capcom can't at least maintain their previous level of optimization, also not sure how adding a few models and 2 quests leads to performance changes.

I understand that 120FPS on 2k is fine, but not for a game like MHW.
TBH without G-Sync and the 3080 I would be under 100 for sure.
Dont get me wrong, I love this game very much. I support it with having nearly every DLC and playing it everyday.

But, my collueges have a i9-9900k, i7-7700k and the Ryzen 7 i think, none of them having that much CPU trouble than I have with a i7-9700k

Yeah so whats the big diffrent from the 99 and 7 to my 97, its the threads. My cpu only afford 8 Threads on 8 Cores, while the other 2 CPU's have 16 on 8 Cores.

In case I dont wanna 100% CPU Usage all the time, I need to deactivate 2 to 4 cores. Wonder, loosing 10FPS but the CPU is on 50-60%. So the problem is that MHW reserve all the CPU-Cache all the time of every Core/Thread. What makes the 100% CPU Usage.

So for a game from 2018, u need to make some security settings in your windows - exclude all anti-virus live detections, having a high-end pc and then would need to deactivate Cores to get the cpu under 80% Usage?

Luckly with my water cooling I dont have to worry - CPU chilling on 50°C in MHW (90-110% CPU-Usage) and the funny point is, that some benchmarks with the same GPU but other CPU (more threads) gives you 144FPS constantly without G-SYNC on 2k

And overclocking isnt the solution aswell because the game never actually needs 8x 4.6Ghz, if I would overclock to 8x 5.1Ghz the cpu usage would be the same.

And FYI:
Bios Up-To-Date (especially the z390 Chipset is installed to make sure the i7-9700k works fine)
GPU Up-To-Date (Geforce experience isnt installed)
iCUE over the tests closed

Finally: sorry If I did some language mistakes, english isnt my mother tongue. And this is not a rage thread or i dont wanna make the game bad, im just frustating about the performance and of course if you need to make more effort in a game to get stable values like on a little baby.

Did you activate DirectX 12 API?
GPU Driver up to date?

When your're ingame, open Task-Manager, and check under Processes if there Anti-Malware Service flooting your cpu usage.

Does you have third party software installed? iCUE, Dragon Center, AMD Software, GeForce experience?

Go to "Edit power plan", make sure you activated high performance or ultimate performance. Needs a bit more energy.

Little Update
My biggest problem was the guiding land, fps drops to 80-100. Now i Did a RAM and CPU Overclocking (4.9ghz at the moment, try out 5ghz tomorrow, 5ghz on 1.29v isnt stable, and i wanna play right now)

So Guiding Lands (RTX 3080 MSI, i7-9700k water cooled, all ultra, high res pack, dlss on (1.0) 2K 165hz Monitor) - standing in forest area + 2 other monitor but on desktop

Default: 80-110FPS (jumping all the time)
XMP1: 110FPS (+- 20 FPS)
XMP2: 110 FPS (+- 15FPS)
XMP2 + OC (8x 4.9Ghz 1.3V): 130FPS (+-15FPS)
XMP2 + OC + GPU Dragon Center Extreme Perf.: 140FPS (+- 10FPS)

Tomorrow gonna try 5Ghz stable under 90°C so +0.8Ghz should give me the stable 144FPS i wanna reach.

I only use HunterPie and no visual Mods, i dont like the manga/hentai/anime mods. Dont like that at all.
