How can I get VIP Joyful Tickets ?

It's supposed to be on right now, I can get regular Tickets, but no luck with VIP even when wearing the complete set.

Keep trying, events/investigations are your best bet. You could also farm Flora Frostbite event, a few hours left for that...

I found out a much easier way though.
Just gotta equip the complete olong armor set, launch that RM 1 event quest where you have to catch 8 penguins, start from camp 12, get to the shipwreck below. And voila.

I found out a much easier way though.
Just gotta equip the complete olong armor set, launch that RM 1 event quest where you have to catch 8 penguins, start from camp 12, get to the shipwreck below. And voila.

option to meld tickets will be available tomorrow when the patch drops
hunting the pingus isn't really faster than collecting 10 flowers with the botanist skill and charm which boost collecting speed especially when you miss one of the pingus and have to run to the other spot

flower also give research points as bonus
and you need a ton of them for all kind of activities in the game like melding, augmenting or crafting layered armors

It was a bit annoying to restart the quest as much as I needed the Tickets, but it was still pretty fast.
