What weapon are you using?

EDIT: Nevermind. The mats are the same for all weapons, It should appear if your weapon is maxed out.

Is the weapon you're trying to augment at the max upgrade?

It should be super easy to make as you only need a shara gem, elder dragon bones from guiding lands and great spiritvein gem which is from tempered elders in guiding lands or tempered nerg event quest.

It was the same materials for both GS and LS.

I think I have the raging brachy dual blades. I don't think you can upgrade it, right?

Nope that's the final form. Any R12 weapon is maxed out basically. I guess the only question is are you 100% sure without a doubt you actually have the materials? Or if you have any mods installed remove them.
