Try melding, there's an event going on currently and you can get loads if you farm coal in guiding lands and set the output to x10 on steamworks

meldable once next update october 1st. waiting is better than grinding for it at this point in time.
fokus on farming lvl 4 decos instead with the new eventquests starting tomorrow till october 1st. you might run into it randomly while grinding these.

and if not then you gain a whole bunch of lvl 4 decos instead and can meld it once the update hits. dont grind the hr event quests for these anymore. huge waste of time currently for certain.
