Free Elem/Ammo Up

I've been trying to get this jewel but i haven't seen any yet and i am constantly farming the lavasioth event mission. Does it only appear from like farming tempered elder dragons or anything like that? My HR is 109 but i still haven't done too much grinding for jewels.

Hey, HR 600 here and I have only one free elem/ammo up deco. I think it's one of the rarest. It appears in farming all tempered monsters but there are rumors that the higher the danger level of the monster, the better the deco drop.

No decorations drop from specific quests, you just have to be lucky with orange and red jewels, so just farm the lavasioth and be sure to capture him cuz you get 2 free red jewels. Free elem/ammo up is one of rarest one along with others, just search online for the % drop

There's no special trick to it, Lavasioth event mission is the best way to farm rare decorations.

Free Elem/Ammo Up is definitely one of the most infamous in trying to get it to appear. My advice is to not push yourself into the grind too hard, as missing a few decorations isn't the end of the world and your build won't get that much more optimised once you own them.

Uh, those aren't really rumors.

Tempered monster investigations drop rewards based on the danger level, so T1 monsters typically just drop Mysterious Feystones, T2 monsters drop Glowing Feystones and the occasional Warrior's Streamstone, and T3s drop rare Feystones and Warrior's/Hero's Streamstones.

However, a Worn Feystone has the exact same % chances to be revealed as whatever, no matter where you get it from. The Name's Lavasioth is the most consistent way to get rare decos, followed closely by Greatest Jagras who is superior for earning more Decos faster at a far lower chance of them being rare ones.


So yeah, there's no magic secret, except petting Poogie before every hunt for good luck, which is of course scientifically proven.

It's also worth noting that once you get a large number of Decorations you can start rerolling them at the Elder Melder, plus when Iceborne comes out Decoration farming will get a fair bit faster and easier.

Try farming arch tempered kirin since it is the easiest elder. You also get high chance of warped feystones in arch tempered hunts

Well I've got like 20 of every deco (if you are asking, even attack, handicraft, release, artillery and all rare ones, I just got lucky I think) so I'm sorry for you guys xD
