Can Kirin The Myth and The Thronetaker give you gold crowns?

I killed nergigante about 50 times in the Thronetaker and 80 overall and didnt get any, with kirin even worse because I killed a lot of it in master rank t3 quests and GL and still cant get a big crown anywhere.

Ok I searched for nerg and vaal and they dont have gold crowns quests at all... so how do I farm t hem for crowns? during investigations? but does ANY inv have a chance for crown or not? also what about expeditions?

Not sure about MR missions but HR missions typically don't allow for Gold Crowns if they're Optionals, you need to go for Investigations. I have heard RUMORS that Investigations with better boxes (more reward boxes + more golds) have a better chance for Crowns, but I've never seen it verified.

Expeditions I'm not sure about, but it's a non-factor for Nerg/Vaal because they're HR-exclusive and HR zones never spawn Elders randomly for Expeditions. For other monsters it might be the case that you could get a gold crown from an Expedition, but you're better off doing the mass hunting crownfarming Event Quests for them.

thanks but high rank nerg and vaal is all I need (deviljho too but I heard it doesnt count for achievment), so about invetigations if I get lets say only bronze or silver rewards or 2 boxes purple t3 can they spwan a crown at least with 1% chance? I am asking because I dont have high rank investigations at all and I dont really want to waste an hours to just collecting tracks so I better just clear any inv if it give you any chance
