I want to know what are your favourite monsters in terms of design and fight, I did my list with Iceborne monsters since is the game I'm currently playing, even if Lagiacrus is my favourite monster of all games, but you can include ever monster you want!

MHW: Tzitzi Ya Ku because he's everybodys friend.

Older Gen: Gore Magala

Favorite Theme: Hard choice with all the great MHW tracks, but the music I've liked the longest would have to be Zinogres theme. Worth noting only because it makes Zinogre a very close second to Gore Magala for me.

Ukanlos has always been my favorite monster of any title. Seregios and Molten Tigrex are a close 2nd and 3rd for me as well.

Specifically in World, I really like Glavenus. I never got to play MHXX since my 3DS broke at that time so fighting it was a new experience for me.

My favorite themes has always been Berserk Laviente's 4th and 5th theme from Monster Hunter Frontier. the fact that the subspecies even has 5 themes is really cool to me. Hopefully with some adjustments we get to fight one in a main series title.

I only differentiate between Khezu and Not-Khezu Shen Gaoren, Kirin and Tigrex are cool too, but they're still not Khezu. Forget awful optimization and Denuvo, no Khezu is the real crime of MHW.

Only including the 5th gen monsters for brevity's sake. A monster tier list including every mainline monster would be waaay too big. (note: I do not really factor things like armor design, weapon design, or systems surrounding monsters for this tier list or others like it, I'm just judging the fight and monster itself. Hence why Kulve Taroth isn't in F/E tier, because I think her design is on point and her fight is 5th gen's best spectacle fight)

Legend because I don't like long tier list names:

S: Fantastic monster, I'd be very disappointed to not see them in future titles

A: Great monster, I really want to see them in future titles

B: Solid monster, I would like to see them in future titles

C: Okay monster, I feel less passionate about them/they have flaws but also things I appreciate

D: Eh/bad monster, there are aspects I don't enjoy much but I might see potential, like the design, think the flaws could be fixed, ecetera

E: Horrible monster that I think needs either serious overhauls or just to be outright thrown out in the next game for a different pick. Wasn't really worth the effort in making and I would've preferred some other monster. (note: zorah might be the only monster I put an * on with that statement, because volcano turtle godzilla is a fantastic way to introduce new blood to Monster Hunter and I really appreciate all the technical effort that went into him. It's just a shame the repeat fights are so damn dull and badly designed)

Zorah Magdaros is pretty much the barrier where beyond that, I actively hate the fight.
