No, SFV has been on PC for ages and that content's still exclusive.

HZD content is not PS4 exclusive because "oh HZD is a PS4 game!!!", it's PS4 exclusive because Sony paid Capcom money under the agreement it would be exclusive, ergo it'll almost certainly never leave PS4, unfortunately.

The exact same thing you could say for Horizon Zero Dawn, alas it's coming to pc, and the content of Horizon Zero Dawn on MHW is owned by HZD and MHW devs not by sony.

But Sony paid for the exclusivity of the MHW DLC. It was never released on XBox either.

Capcom developed both SFV and MHW, in case you weren't aware. And we still don't have SFV content on PC.

Yet they do on xbone. Where there is no port of SF5.

That whole debacle is just confusing.

People arguing that it won't because Sony paid for the exclusive rights you do realize that was before they began on the port and that the exclusiveness of the game can 1: be broken whenever Sony deems it (like they did with HZD) and 2) just means that it won't cross consoles...you know, with their largest competitor, Xbox?

We don't know if they'll care to release the DLC, but it certainly won't be because Sony won't want to release the console exclusivity to the title, especially since the game the event is based on just got announced for PC.

What is a better way, anyhow, to drum up excitement for the game than releasing the HZD event on PC?

If Horizon is coming on PC then it'd make perfect sense to get the DLC for PC too since isn't the whole point that it's advertising the game? Of course just because that makes sense doesn't mean they necessarily do that.

honestly if we weren't going to be synced with consoles next month i would've bought it on ps4 just for the exclusive content, i saw the masters edition has gotten affordable so i was about to go for it, thank god they announced the roadmap before i did tho.
