Refund from Green Man Gaming?
I bought this via GMG - I imagine a lot of others did too, with the sale they had recently. I'm tired of waiting for multiplayer to be fixed - I only have a limited amount of time to play and sitting there for three nights wasting my evening trying to fix this has soured me on the whole game. Maybe they'll fix it sooner rather than later, but at this point I'm associating the game with frustration and I'm done.

I've dealt with GMG for a refund years ago about a non-working code they sent me and they were terrible. I had to fight with them for a week. Anyone had any luck refunding from them for a situation like this? I'm based in Australia so consumer laws would hopefully apply, but I don't hold out much hope. Anyone trying to refund through GMG?

Never did, but admitting was that because they key was consumed there was no recourse, a trade-off for lower prices.

You could fight with GMG pointlessly for another week.. Or you could launch steam with the parameters -nofriendsui -udp to hopefully fix the network problems.

How do you expect to get a refund on the product if you've already consumed the key that they gave you? There's zero point to even trying to get a refund through them, the only way they can help you is if it's a problem on their end. If you didn't like the product they sold you, it's your own fault.

It's already difficult to refund through Steam once you've gone past the 2 hour mark, and it's even more difficult to refund through a third party like GMG no matter what. That's the risk you take for getting those better deals through third parties, even if they are legit like GMG. You can try, but I wouldn't hold my breath. May as well just try and calm your frustrations and wait for Capcom to fix the issue.
