Iceborne Graphic Bug

So today after launching the game I saw that the game looked awfull :

All I know is that when the game was starting (the moment when Capcom apear before the main menu) I was searching on my browser other thing, then I did several alt+tab 'cause people were talking to me on discord and I found the game like this. I should mention that sometimes when I alt+tab before choosing my character the game try to get the right resolution but end-up being in 1920x1080 with the left and right borders not counted as part of the actual screen (I don't know how to describe it and since I was unable to redo it)
Also, I don't know if it's just me but the game seams kind of weird with the menu resolution, but evrything is set to normal settings...I have the same feelings with the discord and steam overlay

You can notice that the conffeti are like one or two pixels and you can't possibly tell but it seems like all the sharpening was off (or too much on) and changing the sharpness did not help, I've tried many things like deleting the "graphics_option" file, I've also checked the integrity of the game and it didn't help. Basically I've tried evrything here :

I thank evryone who read anything, and much more the people which gives answers (also sorry for the mistakes I may have made I'm French and I'm trying my best to say the more things about my favourite game looking like a low res potato)

Turn off fidelity fx. It's a terrible upscaling algorithm like DLSS. That should help matters.

Try to play around with your MHW option setting or you can post your option setting here.
There are some setting default on, but is better off.

yeah i had high hopes for DLSS but it doesnt look like its gonna get much better.

Ok so it's seams that I fixed the resolutions problem by re-installing my graphic driver but the texture of the conffeti are still awfull
