Gameplay wise: The standard Hazak
At least for me. I'm enjoying the standard Vaal more.
There's no objectively hardest monsters, but I think I'd say Namielle is easiest. Many of her attacks are a bit too easy to deal with.
BV Vaal is great though, far better than standard Vaal.
However, just using the miasma charm or whatever completely nullifies the threat and the fight just becomes a stomp. Personally I don't like that so much of his 'threat' is weighted in his status effect.
Play AT Vaal then, you can't nullify his aura.
I did, and I thought he was easy, just very tedious. Though it took me longer than most of the other AT fights as I had to keep backing off to deal with the status effect, either by making him come to an area away from the clouds or using nulberries after getting afflicted. Was very boring.
With the right jewels he is a joke though.
