Should I be repeating even quests?

I just got to Iceborne and have a boat load of event quests to be doing and I did a few but they seem to not have any 'Completed' sign on them which begs the question. Is there a point to do event quests more than once? I know they offer a special reward for each event but should I even bother doing them all? And should I be repeating them for that matter?

event quests can be done as many times as you like, mainly for materials

Depend what you are looking for.

Some event are good for getting Golden crowns like 4-5 monsters one, so do them until you have all the crowns you are farming

Some are for getting layered armor so do them until you have the full set

Some are for getting special weapons (Royal one for exemple) so repeat them until you have enough tickets to get the one that interest you

Some are good for farming MR or deco


It's really all about what you are looking for in the first place

Event Quests don't have the Completed sign because there isn't any kind of tracker related to completing them. Optional quests come with special stuff for 100% completion.

Whether or not you should repeat them depends on the quest and what you're in need of. Event Quests can be a great way to obtain all manner of materials, extra MR/HR and many of the ones that award exclusive stuff often mandate you do them multiple times to get the full benefits from them.

Okay i understand. I should be figuring out what I want/need and focus on the event quests that I need to obtain those items.
You mentioned crowns too, what are those?

Monster size varies from quest to quest. When a monster is large or small enough, you get a crown next to its listing in your hunters notes.

There are three sizes. Mini, Silver Large and Gold Large.
