I think it's a CB term. I play with CB occasionally, and have no idea what people are talking about.

Super Amped Elemental Discharge. The attack you can do when your shield is charged and when you hit both the attack buttons(Y+B for xbox controllers).

Switch AXE Energy / Elemental Discharge .

Usually it will miss the target , but occassionally , it will do pitiful damage because the monster head is not in the main blast zone .

Super Amped Elemental Discharge | Super Awesome Explody Doom | Sucker Annihilation Eradication Destructor.

It's basically just the super powered amped elemental discharge which is the attack you'd perform from a Y,Y+B,Y+B combo or straight from axe mode with Y+B, with the pre-requisite of having a charged up shield and phials stored
