Super Amped Elemental Discharge. The attack you can do when your shield is charged and when you hit both the attack buttons(Y+B for xbox controllers).

Switch AXE Energy / Elemental Discharge .

Usually it will miss the target , but occassionally , it will do pitiful damage because the monster head is not in the main blast zone .

It's basically just the super powered amped elemental discharge which is the attack you'd perform from a Y,Y+B,Y+B combo or straight from axe mode with Y+B, with the pre-requisite of having a charged up shield and phials stored
