I can't kill Bazelgeuse
Ok.. So I've tried 7 times so far. I've invited people into my game and they don't know what his tactis are. I have fire defense, fire resistance and fire mantle. I have 110 hours into the game and I still cannot beat this monster. Do any of you have any suggestions?

Yeah.. I am using dual blades. It looks like I am going to be forced to use a bow.

Cut tail first, do not engage when he is enflamed.

You can use melee... but its risky and most hit and run.

Don’t switch to bow if you want to use dB you can easily beat the fight with any weapon. What is your build are you actually learning the fight because b52 is super easy to read

Dont attack him before the nuts thing explode.
you only attack when the thing explode, or the monster is waaay away from it nuts.

Battlegoose has fairly simple mechanics. Knowing them will make your fight easy no matter which weapon you choose. I for example use(d) dual swords against him and I did the 2 Beetlejuice mission solo.
His attacks are pretty straight forward. When he isn't enraged (glowing bombs and glowing scales) the bombs won't explode after a couple of seconds. This means you can avoid the bombs and do a lot damage to his chin, legs and tail. Cutting of his tail will give you extra room to attack since there won't be many bombs dropped from behind. Tops 2 at a time.

Once he is glowing as a melee user you'd want to stick around the legs with ideally the tail being cut off. This will make it easy to dodge falling bombs.

Now Balabooze has some nifty attacks. They are all similar during enrage or not. Only difference is black bombs vs timed bombs. Black bombs will only explode upon impact and the glowing ones after x amount of seconds.

1: He rises his chin up to the sky while dropping bombs and smacks it down. At this point you want to be between his legs or away from him. His tail will drop bombs as well. When cut it will only drop 2 bombs (max).
2: Swipes, he has some swipe attacks that can deal a lot damage upon impact but you can completely dodge it if you are at a lower height than his chin and tail.
3: Kamikaze WW2 bomber move, he flies 2 times dropping bombs and in a straight line and then crashes the third time to where the player was standing when he turned around. Each time he turns for his next flight he will target the place you were standing at during the turn, meaning that if you stand at a specific place each time he turns and then move away until he turns again you could drop all bombs and the kamikaze in the same line. For black bombs this means there will be only a few left in your fighting area. Otherwise it would be bad if you accidently set one off close to you.

These 3 attacks are the dangerous moves that Batman has. His normal attacks can be easily dodged and otherwise they don't deal as much damage as these 3.

Well, what weapon do you like to use?

I found Bazeljuice to be easier to deal with than Nerdigante. The bomb things are a pain, so I just waited until he dropped them all before going to town. I made the mistake of going for the kill so his enrage at the last 10% left me few openings, but even with him running around with a near constant stream of bombs it's still possible to get a hit in every now and then.

Quick edit: This was with a jagras greatsword

you can kill him. do not attack when he is red, and watch when he shakes his body. if he shakes his body, he has dropped mines, and you cannot attack without exploding. be patient.

kite him into fights with other monsters, you can let barroth, legiana, flashy boi, great girros all take a few stabs at him first, and use the chances they give you to get extra hits in, and keep kiting him into these mobs for extra memes. if he flies away, just go attack another mob, and when it roars, he'll come back, and the fight will be on again.

he has huge telegraphs on his attacks. dodge out of the range, and then come in and smack him. i-frame dodge if you are too close to the bombs though.

also never trust the black bombs. they will go off if you give them the chance.

worst part of him is the roar, he will stun you with the roar then smash you with a flop. try to dodge the roar if you can.

Do not use melee Belze gets lucky against melee a LOT. Pelt it with arrows, try to keep your distance with traps, use earplugs if you can or coral orchestra from your cat. All of Belze's lunges are fixed when he starts the animation try to roll twice to the side when he does them. Especially when enraged he will constantly drop bombs, making it hard to stand under it.

It's mostly about safely attacking after it attacks, mostly to avoid the bombs which threaten 1hitkill potential. When it goes red be even more careful since it'll drop random bombs periodically which will blow you up mid-combo.
I found the highest success personally with Bow and Glaive, but big hitters have ample opportunity after its attacks.
