I can't customize quotes at all

I've been trying to customize a quote to say "beware, I'm using sleep coating" yet the game won't let me at all. Everytime I click on space where it says "customize quote" it simply doesn't.

What are you supposed to do to customize quotes?

once u have it customize quote
add it to Radial customize menu once u do that go to Manage Items at the chest and save it to load out. radials will be save to it

I can't customize quotes at all, it doesn't let me register anything.

try customizing an empty one?

Maybe try restarting. I had the exact same problem.

For some stupid reason it somehow flipped the input for customisation with chat.
In other words, was spamming chat instead of changing custom quotes. -.- fun bug.

It was that after a couple restarts, what a stupid game can this be...
