Juicy Meat Resistance (Delivery)

Does anyone know how to trigger the start of that delivery? I've made some research and can't seem to find it. It's the only meat in the canteen that I'm missing.

What I know so far:
It's a delievery quest given by the Tech Chief
I need to deliever 1 Urgaan Scute
It unlocks the Rich Rump meat
I'm HR 29

Still no quest, no meat
Now I'm HR 89
All my research is maxed except for Kirin, Kushala Daora

I Googled it but I can't find much concrete on how to trigger the quest, I see a lot of people asking about it though so, you're not alone.

You know, I've noticed sometimes those quests pop up when you actually have the ingredient you need, have you tried just getting an Uragaan Scute?

Good thinking, but I have six of them in my item box as of right now.

Maybe I need to bump my HR limit to 49 and it could magically happen.

Could it be relate to it's research level? It's currently level 2, maybe getting it to 3 or 4 could do the trick

It's not mentioned anywhere on the wiki, or on the internet at all so far as I could find. Nothing but loads of forum users asking the same question.

No one seems to know how exactly it's done.

From what I could find around the internet, it seems to pop up around the Elder Dragon Research after you defeat Nergal.

Try to complete the chef's other optional quest, maybe that will trigger it.

Regardless, I believe I've done every side quests available to me at HR 29. (I have an orange "completed" next to every difficulty of optional quest) I need to do the slay two tempered bezelgeuse assignment now

Have you checked your map for any "!" sidequest signs? There may also be a few at the research station which are easy to miss, unless you love to see the palico's being sent out on their mission.

Sorry, I mean the canteen chef. 'Other' was unnecessary. Anyway, have you done the endemic life researcher or piscine researcher's delivery quests? I unlocked all canteen ingredients with no problems, I have no clue why yours won't trigger.
