playstyle as either item support or riding monster when in multiplayer.
Cannot do any combo successfully in multiplayer, only chance of striking is spam charge attack.
To be honest, if you want a budget support and don't want to waste armor skill on Wide-Range, HH or LBG is a much better choice. HH is your obvious buff, and LBG is your typical status effect attacker.
SnS have a lot of fun stuff to do, but definitely not a choice when come down to speed hunting. And an item user will, never get a good reputation from anyone, although it is legit to go all out with whatever you have.
The most funny stuff I ever do? Flash-pod stun a Rathian that already flew in sky, going to switch zone. Yes, something big fell from sky.
Nothing like an Airborn, Affinity Sliding, Weakness Exploit maximum power charged hammer Catherine Wheel exploding critical hits everywhere. Nothing like it at all.
in all seriousness tho, insect glaive and hunting horn master race.

Lance is great too.
Longsword and dualblade users bring nothing to the table except friendly-fire so they're insta-kick worthy. Same goes for glaive users that aren't fighting in the air.
But glaives do like 300% more damage on the ground when buffed....
