Statistiche:
How can I avoid the Rathalos "Roar and Fire to the face"?
Seriously i keep getting rekt by that attack. It's unpredictable and it's a one shot if you don't wear enough fire resistance. It's possible to predict that? How am I supposed to deal with that if i'm out of flash bombs? Most importantly, why the ♥♥♥♥ the azure variant does this ♥♥♥♥ more often than the normal one?

What armor set are you wearing? The only time that fireball became is problem is when I'm running away to heal or repair my weapon. I mainly try to stay between his legs attacking towards his face so he can't do anything other than that ground slam.

Because a whole bunch of different ''loss of control'' effects are fun to have in a game?

Anyway, you can try earplugs, but youd probably need level 5 (which is pretty stupid tbh) and im not sure if you have access to that.

Aside from that predicting it and moving out of range or using a move with I-frames could avoid the roar. Fast reflexes might do it as well, but only if theres actually a moment between the roar and fireball hit.
Don't be in front of him when you think he's going to enrage, block the roar, or wear high grade earplugs/have a horn user that gives them. You know the attack, now adapt to it!
He tilts his head upwards and will spread out his wings, mostly does it right after going in rage mode.

You can dodge this by either rolling to the left or right, forward towards him if you're close enough (Only if you're really ballsy and RNG is required as it doesnt always work).

Haven't gotten hit by it unless Im stunlocked.

I don't really know what you are talking about, but since you are able to fight azure ratholos you need better armor if you are getting 1 shotted...
If he is ever turning to face you, move out from in front of him. You can also move slightly when roared to get a little bit of extra difference. His backhop fireball has been neutered in this game.

He's talking about the famous Rage mode roar into a fireball-jump-into-the-air-and-fly-a-bit-back move which Rathalos does, I think at least.

Fire res around 35 will make his damage weak.

Its aimbot so it will nearly always hit u but shouldn't kill you.

I got super good at killing raths as their armor is the best early game and i farmed them on the ps4 too...

With dbs you can stun lock them by just spamming their legs lol...
You should be able to roll away before the fireball hits you even without earplugs. Just hold left or right and spam the dodge button. The fireball will probably graze your taint, but I mean... at least it won't hurt you.
You avoid it by not standing in front of him when he gets enraged, what's unclear about that?

He has a very long wind up before he does that, seriously just roll out it's not that hard.

earplugs, time your dodge, use a shield or blocking weapon, if your at his feet under his head and he roars, your gonna get hit. if you like standing there, be sure you stay healed up.

its not rocket science. its common battle tactical logic.
