Because there's nothing shady going on here. There's no news to report here. Nobody got fired for being homophobic, nobody went on a tired on Twitter and accused players of pushing sexist gamer gate propoganda, there aren't loot boxes or any pay 2 win microtransactions. There's no drama, no story, no reason for "gaming press" to report on this aside from being plagued with connection issues likely stemming from Valve and new Steam updates that broke the online chunks. The only thing any Youtubers or garbage game journalists like Kotaku can do is clickbait a fake anti-feminist agenda. Move on.

They posted in the news section 3 days ago that they are looking into the multiplayer bugs. You act like they just have a switch they turn on or off and it will be fixed.

There's also the fact that MHW is a really good game, with no bullcrap like lootboxes, with some issues. And Destiny 2 was a very mediocore sequel, that simply did not work properly on release, and generated controversy each day. Don't compare a good game to a bad game.
