No one else has a problem with this Astera festival BS?

It is nice to have all the festivals come back, but the Devs completely ignored the perspective of PC. We are getting ♥♥♥♥♥♥ AGAIN!
We haven't had the summer festival yet. Now we only get it for one week.
From August 2nd to the 8th.
Not everyone can play on that week and you need 7 tickets to get everything related to that fest.

Festivals with such a short window are always a bad idea. The Division players should know, given global events last for only one week and you have to spend the entire week on it if you want all the sets that come with the festival as well as the masks (some masks you have to farm separately from credits to get gear, such as two from the previous event).

What makes less sense to me is why a single-player game such as MHW has such MMO features in the first place. The login bonuses are nice, but they still make no sense. But then there's seasonal festivals. That kinda stuff makes sense in Animal Crossing cuz the game is designed around this type of activity, not to mention you don't have to be connected to the internate to partake in festivals and whatnot.

At least I will be free when the festival hits. But I understand that some people don't have that sort of free time.

I know 2 of my friends won't be able to play during that week.
1 other doesn't usually have enough time in the first week of a festival. Maybe he will be fine off this time.

"Winter" could mean next year, I just wish they would give a span of months rather than seasons, Winter for one part of the world is Summer for others and some just have Wet and Dry seasons. If the mean between December and Feb just say it.

I'd still rather be playing on PC than being ripped off and forced to pay for online features I already paid for when I pay my internet bill and when I bought the damn game in the first place.
