How to get Tempered Investigations?

I've been hunting elder dragons all over and over, yet there is no tempered elder investigation that appears. Can anyone give me tips on how to stack up those investigation? Thanks in advance!

Start an event quest for an AT elder, this week being Vaal, and follow him around collecting his tracks. Once you get a decent amount of tempered elder investigations you'll start getting them faster than you can complete them.

Tempered Investigations will come from interacting with Tempered Monsters/tracks of that monster's tier. In addition, Tempered investigations for powerful monsters also have a HR requirement (for elders, you need to be HR 50 or above).

You must be above HR50 to get them or to play them. Collecting any tempered tracks can randomly yield tempered elder investigations. The easiest way is to pick duo tempered monster and let them walk all over the map for half an hour and collect them all. The monsters don't have to be elder dragon to yield tempered elder dragon investigation. Only need to be tempered.

For efficiency, either follow a Temp Kirin or Teostra through the whole quest without attacking, they will not be immediately hostile on sight, (Teostra is completely chill unless you attack him first and Kirin does not attack you unless you step right in its way) or go in a Temp Nergigante quest, WAIT 5-10 minutes, then go fight it until it retreats from the area, then collect all the tracks it left in it's starting area for maximum gain.
