I'm at a loss with this achievement. I've done everything I could find and think of from the internet. Of course, unlocked all homunculi, brought them to level 10, got at least three entries of letters for each, did the Afterlife ending before, let the daughter rot while having all rooms with level 10, +65% and 1000/1000 homunculi, and still get the Afterlife ending instead.
