PSA to anyone suffering from motion sickness with this game
Turn off Chromatic Abberation, increase FOV to at least 90, lower shadows down a touch and DO NOT use a controller.

I found that, for me at least, using a controller and the defaulted graphical settings gave me intense motion sickness. I get it from driving but not really from FPS games. Setting my game up this way severely dropped my levels of motion sickness. For some reason, the camera control with a controller really sets it off but with a mouse its completely fine.

As an extra, try increasing your text size a little. I found for some reason the text on the default size to be sightly blurry, increasing it a little got rid of this and helped alot.

Good luck!

I can't for the life of me see why developers don't give us the option of 3rd and 1st person perspective as in Skyrim.

Can't be that hard surely.

Same settings for me.
Unreal engine games always provoke motion sickness to me, until I can find better settings.
Our brain does everything it can to correct movement, we are BLIND while our eyes move to avoid getting confused. Birds and cats are able to keep their head flat to improve their sight, and developers think it's a good idea to add blur to their games.
Also chromatic aberration is one of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ additions to games ever, just behind "head bobbing".
Here, I said it.

Shame, this looks really cool but know from experience not to buy games without a 3rd person mode because of this issue.
