How do you save the game?

I didn't see any option for that in the menu. Does the game simply save at key locations and you can't do quick saving or... what?

I vaguely recall it is a savepoint type or objective type save game. I normally detest those type of games but it was OK on this one at least as far as I played it. I've been meaning to finish it someday (TM).

Yeh ,it's a bit annoying though when you die as you have to keep repeating stuff you've already done which can get a bit monotonous.

Yeah, it auto saves at each checkpoint you reach so you'll have to backtrack a little every time you load.

Once you find where games are saved, you create a backup folder and copy saves there.

Then you can copy the backup save to current save-game folder.
