I got through the illusory wall and 100% picked it up but can't see it anywhere in my inventory, wtf?

If you double checked your inventory again, you can check the usually open and empty chest behind Frampt at Firelink Shrine. It's a fail-safe, if you somehow lose key-items, which will re-spawn inside this chest.
Though, the Silver Pendant might not be considered important enough for that. Still, no harm in checking.

Well idk how to get into the games code and look at variables and or what have you so it seems like this mystery doesn’t end today. Btw if you’re interested in this minor mystery, even tho I have the rite of kindeling in my inventory and have used it I still don’t have the achievement for it

A save game file editor, if one exists for DSR, would indicate if in your possession at least.

Tbh I'm more interested in finding out what happened with the game more than actually getting the pedant/my achievement
