is there a mod or a way to remove dogs

please ive had enough of dogs in fromsoft games
someones gonna say git gud so get it out of the way first

Try using a spear and a shield, or stack poise.

Rule #1 for Dark Souls the First: Kill the Dogs First

Research the bomb tossing solution. I have used it, but found it expensive (at the time) and my solution works well enough.

Equip a FIRE weapon. Walk up to the fog gate, but do not enter it.
Now, move to the RIGHT SIDE of the gate, while staying outside.
Walk back and forth but never go past the middle. You are taunting ONE DOG only.
Eventually it will try to attack you, it cannot.
However, it will stick its nose through the fog gate.
Hit it with the fire weapon. Stay there, walk back and forth if it retreats and doesn't return.
A couple of hits, and some burning time the dog will die.

Now the problem is reduce to the Demon and only One dog.
Move through the door, immediately run for the stairs. When you achieve the top, take a swipe, or a spell at Doggo #2.

Depending on you skills/equipment/weapons climb onto the ledge up there. Inflict damage whenever you can, then as they rush the top of the stairs to attack you, jump to the ground. A solid hit or two will kill the dog, so at most you should only have Doggo #2 to deal with on the first loop. Rinse and repeat on the Demon, heal up top if necessary. Make sure to roll off or whatever to avoid his dual blades.
