Frampt is sleeping and I can't talk to him

Don't attack with weapon, that will make him mad I think. Kicking him works. I think you can unequip your weapon and punch him without making him hostile. To be safe, you can quit and reloade.

Just punch him with fists

As long as you hit him with low damage any weapon works.

No. You can do whatever you want with him, until he finished his awakening animation.
