Embers

Yo I have found the large ember in the depths, and the fire ember in that hell place. But the problem I am facing is that Dumb Jerk Andre won't take any of my embers. Does anybody have a fix to this?

There are 3 blacksmiths the fire ember goes to the catacombs he can enchant fire and chaos weapons. There is a lightning and divine weapon guy in Anor Londo too. Hope that helps

Thanks for the advice that explains the fire ember but I still am having the issue with large ember, and the fact that Andre won't taker it.

Hmm I cant help you with that. I’d say reload the world state by exiting the game and reloading your save to see if that fixes the issue. If not you might have to progress through the game a bit more and check back on it.

Divine and large embers go to Andre, crystal ember goes to Anor Londo smith, magic embers go to the New Londo guy, and fire embers go to Vamos in the Catacombs.

Yea but Andre is being a ♥♥♥♥♥ and not taking his large ember. That’s the problem.

Having the chaos ember is probably overriding it, give it to Vamos then come back to give Andre the large ember.

The thing is that I had the large ember and tryed to give it to himbut he would not take it. So I then got the fire one to see if he would react diffrently.

Do you have the Large Ember or the Very Large Ember? He won't take the Very large Ember until you give him the large Ember.

Yea large ember is found in the depths on the butchers table I believe while the very large ember is deep in the catacombs

Divine weapon is Undead Parish, not Anor Londo

I think you need to look at the Modify Weapon option with Andre instead of Upgrade Weapon. That confused me for a bit also.
