How do you counter natures prophet?

he is so annyoing to deal with, he can just hop between lanes taking every tower and just tp away if anybody comes near him. Its impossible to do 5-man pushes because even if you win the teamfight and take the tower, he has already pushed into your base. If everybody has a tp scroll and teleport to him, he will just teleport to another lane again. It makes no difference if you have the entire map warded, as he can just keep jumping around the map as much as he wants. It is even worse when he has a shadow blade, as then in addition to buying wards and tp scrolls, you now have to buy dust too. It is way too much effort just to deal with one guy

I find the best way to counter him (When i play witch doctor at least) is to just pick up a pair of boots of travel, shadow blade, and a dagon (prefferably a high lvl one) just tele to where he is but still out of sight, sneak up on him with shadow blade, stun, maledict, then use the dagon and just attack before he goes invis.

Most natures prophets build shadowblade, so have dust.

He is going to be pushing the top or bottom lanes, almost never the middle, that can make him more predictable.

Spirit breaker is a good counter to splitpushers, as he can be with the team then immediately charge out, kill, tp back.

If he is out pushing, and your team is 5 grouped up, you know you can push mid and he'll have to tp back, or you'll win the fight/take a tower.

use their positions to cultivate advantage.

Bounty hunter has an easy time ganking him while he is jungling, much like riki.

You should also ward the enemy jungle, and use wards to block some camps to mess up his start.

There are some heroes that are global like NP and can counter his push ability or quickly be where he is. Tinker, spirit breaker, spectre,

also treant protector can help keep your towers up even with NP pushing, and let you heal them back up if you fend off his assult. Treant forces the enemy to take a tower if they push, thus they have to push as a group, and his splitpush power is almost entirely negated.

If you gank him while hes jungling he never becomes a threat. If you have a variety of heroes you can counter his global presence. He is fairly weak in lane.

pick beastmaster since he is never used which makes him cool, and he has a manly beard

check mini map
port to where he is pushing
summon your boar and run up to him and chat to all:"die tree hugger!"
use axes when he uses his trees
use ult when he tries to port out
use dust when he goes invi
kill then chat to all:"sad that your NP is noob" or "your NP is making look like a pro"

then upgrade boots to boots of travel to do it again
