Where to play dota 1?

How do I play it? Is it only on WoW?

DOTA 1 is a warcraft III mod, and your best bet to be able to find games is through Iccup as they still have a relatively thriving community there. Think of Iccup as a HUB for people still interested in old games where the ladders and servers of that game are pretty much dead but Iccup is still pretty abundant in DOTA players and SC:BW players. IIt's not WoW, it was a custom map in Warcraft 3, and still is...go to battle.net and buy it through there, or buy in store (You need the expansion "The Frozen Throne" also), then download the latest map from whatever the site is now (used to be getdota.com or something) and then go to the custom game area...easy...:D

Dota 1 is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cool. All the characters there are so amazing and the sounds and graphics are so desirable making Dota 2 look like bunch of clowns.
