How do you toggle the game to display damage/exp dealt/gained?

Whenever i play Dota 2 on another computer it shows how much damage i deal on creeps, neuturals and heroes in a little number by them, and how much exp i gain when they die, but on my home computer it doesnt display it at all, and I would like to know if anybody knows how to toggle it, because I can't find it in the settings for the life of me . :/

turns out it was an error in my game cache, i repaired it and ran it fullscreen windowed no border and it fixed that problem

i found it out ages ago, it turns out some files were missing from my Dota 2
