Bug with Health and Mana bars.
If you disconnect before finishing a match with bots then try to start a new game the health and mana bars at the bottom center of the screen arent there. Just grey space. The ones above your character are there however.

common glitch. when you die it SHOULD go back to normal.

An easier way to fix it is to left-click on a creep before it dies. When you go back to your hero the health bar should be back.
