And that's why I think, 3DS is the only option for a mobile Dota 2:
On the Top Screen you've all the GUI and on the touch screen the main game. You would move the camera with the circle pad. With the Tuchpen you'll move your character and attack, like the right mousebutton. With the controll cross you're activating your skills by tapping in the right direction and with the left trigger you will fade in the needed things when you get time do do that (like the shop or the leveling skills).
You see, it would be possible :D
