Shift-Enter for "Chat All"
For the past 2 days i cant seem to get the option to chat to all to work.
I tried changing the key and nothing.
When i do click Shift-Enter, only the team chat opens up.
Anyone else having this issue?
Anyone know how to fix this?

That is pretty weird. You are clicking shift then enter or both at the same time? Very strange if it is not bound to any other key.

Happens to me. Sometimes when I play Dota, it works. Other times, it doesn't. I don't change any settings, so I don't know why it happens.

Firstly i thought it was the problem with my logitech keyboard since i am using custom makro keys, but than at the end i found that is not the probl. It will pass by itself.

Hmm..maybe that is actually the problem lol...other than that sometimes i have problems that i can't write numbers in the chat! :) and it is not the num lock key disablet. strange.

I have the same problem, and I can't bind the key to anything else either.

i have this problem in the AllPick/CM-selection, cant Chat All while in this screen.

Are you using Fraps to capture gameplay by any chance when this error happens?
Because I think it was what might made it for me back than.

Did this ever get fixed? Because I've had exactly the same problem. My friends all think I'm some sort of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ because I keep asking, but I hold shift + enter and it just does team chat.
I'll try what DaShnooze suggests & see if it helps, though.

I HOPE THIS WORKS FOR FUTURE READER

I think most of the readers here press enter,, type word and pressed shift+enter to send messages
BUT that is now how its done, instead of just pressing 'enter' to proceed chat bar ,1st pressed shift+enter and you shall say yay i can now all chat lol

I TOO HAD THIS PROBLEM FOR 5 MONTHS.
PLEASE UP THIS COMMENT SO EVERYONE COULD SEE
