anyway, wanted to know whether or not there is a way to "validate" that you have dota 2 installed without being in the midst of having to download it
with luck steam will validate it
I mean you will get a lot of low priority because of dc/poor connection=abandon

i think so.In my computer its downloaded but im going to work sometimes with my farher and when there is no work for me im going to one of my fathers computer.I cant download anything to here thats wjy i want top play without download it and i dont think there is a way to do it.
About you question (why you wanna play an pnline game if you internet connection is so bad) you are right but maybe he/she love the game and bad connection.But i dont think its like that. But You are right too.
