Any hero with a stun with KotL. Keep them in place long enough for them to take massive damage with that light wave.
Silencer is also a good early game lane harasser with his spammable Q. Last word (E), which is even better takes up a lot of mana though so if you go plenty of clarity potions you can really be a pain in the neck. Maybe laning with Axe with his Battle hunger would finish off a low HP hero.
Natures prophet\Enigma sprout some trees to trap and do midnight pulse.this isn't very good early on unless you only lvl sprout and mp which is a waste of lvls
and Natures prophet\jugg .Sprout+Bladefury=win
and Np \timbersaw. Sprout (I really like this move) and do wd
For a trilane, ideally you'll want stunners / disablers / slowers and you of course have to communicate with your friend and time the spells right on the right hero ( don't just mass stun all at once cause you'll be just losing out on precious stun time and allowing the focused hero to possibly escape ) + many other things.
Trilane is the way to go... ignore what others are telling you.
