Perma Steal Attributes......

Silencer permanently steal +2 int from killed heroes, this is insane.
I think is more fair silencer have +2 int for each kill but don't permanently steal.

Silencer can definitely snowball, especially considering his pure damage and mana regen increase with the amount of int he has. The best (or worst, depending on which team your on) is that he doesn't even need to kill the enemies himself to get that perma int steal, he just needs to be there in teamfights and get assists.

Thing is Silencer is a carry as well, and those do scale up into the late game if fed, just as all carries do. He's not nearly as much of a threat as Outworld however, who only temporarily steals int to deal more damage (otherwise that would be OP I think). I don't think he needs a nerf.

It balances out the fact that if the enemy team is smart, they will not run into your team while your ultimate is off CD ( making it a tricky ultimate that can either be incredibly useful or incredibly wasted like Kunkka's boat ), and the fact that your Q is pretty much useless after the laning phase. Not to mention he's a carry with no escape mechanism. Sure his ultimate can be used to escape death, but once again, that's another reason why his passive is justified - he'd have to pop a global silence, which is intended to render enemies useless during a team fight ( and not to escape ) on a 140 second CD just to save his own butt. Plus you have to feed him ( or his team ) in order for him to build up a decent enough mana pool to constantly spam his Glaives after he ults and Last Word's someone ( which, early game, is almost 400 mana ).

He dont need to perma steal, just got the bonus, this destroy str heros in early game. I tink developers got insane to make heros who perma steal stats.
