I'd like to ask if usage of Refresher doesn't cancel Blackhole .... just in case, don't want to fail :)

eh, don't know how to enable cheat ... also wanted to be sure - maybe if cheats are enabled you dont cancel your ulti

The Refresher Orb will cancel your Black Hole (I've just tried this with cheats).
However, you can do Black Hole --> Shift + Refresher Orb --> Shift + Black Hole and Enigma will cast Black Hole twice as soon as the first one ends.

With "Shift" I mean the key itself, on your keyboard. Your "combo" should be:
ultimate --> click on the Refresher Orb while holding down Shift --> use your ultimate while holding down Shift.
EDIT: Actually, I don't know if you can do Shift + ultimate, because it will be on cooldown and the game won't let you do it. I tried it in wtf mode, without cooldown.
