but anyway, you should only let the cpu do it if your pc lacks a graphic card or if you're in a laptop and you want to save energy.
1. reinstall windows
2.Update everything (drivers, windows)
3. Lower game graphics
4. Play in window mode.
5. Install Razor Game Booster(Optional)
Worked for me, hope to help you. If it helps any of you plz post here so we can share it with others that have the same problem.
I don't experience crashes when playing but I suffer from choppy loading times and bad graphics(totally expected). I'm playing it for almost 3 months with a 64mb Intel HD.
I just recently found out that there's a setting in my bios to crank my 64mb Intel HD to 512mb(silly me lol). Try opening your bios and try finding the setting to adjust your Intel HD vram and that's it.
Also, adding little bit of RAM past the recommended DotA 2 specs will work good.
