how does invite to party work ?
Besides that mm can‘t look into people‘s mind and their daily mood (sometimes everything comes together fine and I look almost like a pro I look like the biggest noob the other day), the matchmaker has to deal with the player base actually available creating matches in a reasonable queue time.
In addition, gaming in lower ranked solo queue is highly unreliable with a lot of different attitudes, from high-skill players but without motivation to non-skilled try hards and this mood changes from game to game, triggered by the smallest of reasons. With full teams it is much easier for the mm because there is a basic commitment on both sides. Not so in many solo queue matches with no mutual obligations in the teams.
If you can‘t stand the inherent frustration just leave it alone. Ranked is not for everybody.
you have to ask them like certain amount of cash when job is done ,,... most of them takes you to Fancy Hotels if they asks you for photoshoot ,, say no to them ,,... reject
