FPS drops when laptop is plugged

Hi community! I need your help. My dota2 drops frame rate from 100+ to 12 fps in like every 3-5 seconds. It was doing okay back then before the dragon update. My drivers are all updated and idk what else to do.

ryzen 5
rtx 3050
16gb ram
win11

I just discovered that when I unplugged my laptop and let it run on it own power the fps is consistent to 30 fps which is more playable than it being charged/plugged.

Try reinstalling your gpu driver using DDU and always remember don't rely on latest update especially in gpu driver. If your current gpu driver still works dont update it yet.

if for other game is work just fine, which mean dota is the problem, and you need to make a peace with it and just accept that glitch,
