failing to load champ select

it's the 4th time it happened to me in a week, basically, i accept a game, but the selection don't load, and dota freeze, so i have to restart it, and when i try to re load in i get a black screen with the sound of the champ select, but cannot see anything or pick, and if i try to relaunch, i immediatly get an abandon.

is there a fix for it?

i am getting more low prio game for this ♥♥♥♥ and it's in infuriating. it only happen to me when i play solo and ranked

This happens to me a lot!

DO NOT alt tab and switch windows. Thats my best advice. The game just bugs out if you tab to youtube to start a song or w/e. Idk why they cant let us PRELOAD or at the very least que up a ban / pick to select in case we have trouble loading.
