The Ringmaster will probably be released around march, it's hard to say though, as valve has not given us a exact release date.
All they've said is that he's coming into the game sometime in 2024.

Ringmaster, comes with the Venge and Sky Arcana, that comes with a pve Event that has the QoP Arcana as the final boss. The update is called Crownfall, which has comics on how Venge gets her Arcana(which looks a lot like before she had her wings ripped out, she looks holy like dawnbreaker in the style 1 of the Arcana where its predominantly yellow/white).
