a bit off-topic:
Often, Script systems with garbage collector (no explicit memory management) lead the system to accumulate enormous number of dead/unused objects in memory, staying here forever, since they are not "collected" , they are referenced by some "thing" somewhere. the internal lists of objects in the system are only growing, making complexity exponentially grow... at the end, no matter your CPU power, you'll hog it.
Thank to "modern" languages with no explicit memory management (too hard for the lazy programmers, or to costly for the greedy producer).
It's been known from ages (in java, in python, in lua, in javascript, in perl ... in any language where you don't explicitly define the memory you'll use, free, re-use, keep, in any system that is not viewed like a closed one, with limited ressources, to optimize cleverly to the max.
A bit of thinking about this :
it's been like this on the web, in servers, in any PC, on smartphones etc the entire world is using like 10 times the ressources necessary to obtain the same result in an optimized world. Because people aren't patient, nor altruists , they don't care if good things arise after their death , they prefer unoptimized things, destroying the future, for them, now.
PS: may be it's absolutly unrelated to this , you should just check your "memory use" and "cpu use" during a match. and look at how they change or not. and see if there is a correlation or not.

There is just no way the specs are the issue or RAM or anything like that. I run new games at max settings without a problem.
Bro no way you play the game on ultra settings at 120fps with that GPU.
Let's be realistic here.
How can my PC be bottleneck only in dota2??
But no one seems to be bothered with a memory management.
Because the old devs are gone and no one knows where to look.
I play native 1080 and only 1 monitor. I installed MSI afterburner and it says my FPS is constant 141, as I set it up to be, max 141..but it sitll randomly dips in some team fights especially with PL or like enigma units.
